Thank you for choosing Concierge Fair Housing. This Refund Policy explains our refund rules for online courses, certification programs, digital training materials, group training, and related services purchased through ConciergeFairHousing.org or an approved Concierge Fair Housing platform.
By purchasing a course, enrolling in training, creating an account, accessing course materials, or using our services, you agree to this Refund Policy.
## 1. All Sales Are Final
All purchases made through Concierge Fair Housing are final and non-refundable.
Because our courses and training materials are digital products that may be accessed immediately after purchase, we do not offer refunds once an order has been completed, course access has been granted, materials have been delivered, or an account has been enrolled.
## 2. No Refunds for Online Courses
We do not provide refunds for online courses, certification programs, quizzes, assessments, certificates, training packages, downloadable materials, or digital educational content.
This policy applies whether or not the participant completes the course, passes the assessment, downloads materials, receives a certificate, or uses the full course access period.
## 3. No Refunds for Failure to Complete or Pass
Refunds will not be issued if a participant does not complete the course, does not pass an assessment, fails to meet certification requirements, does not use the course access, or is dissatisfied with their personal result.
Participants are responsible for reviewing the course description, requirements, technology needs, and certificate details before purchasing.
## 4. No Refunds for Incorrect Purchases
Refunds will not be issued for purchases made by mistake, duplicate purchases, incorrect course selections, failure to use a discount code, misunderstanding of course purpose, or failure to read the course description or policies.
Please carefully review all course details before completing your purchase.
## 5. No Refunds for Private Training or Group Enrollment
Group training packages, corporate training, bulk seat purchases, custom training, and private training arrangements are non-refundable once purchased, scheduled, delivered, customized, or made available to the purchaser or participants.
Unused seats, unused enrollments, missed sessions, or unassigned participant accounts are not eligible for refund unless otherwise agreed in writing by Concierge Fair Housing.
## 6. Course Access and Technical Issues
Participants are responsible for having access to a compatible computer, tablet, or mobile device, a reliable internet connection, and any required browser or software needed to access the course.
If you experience a technical issue, please contact us for support. A technical issue does not automatically qualify for a refund. Concierge Fair Housing may make reasonable efforts to help restore access or provide alternative access when appropriate.
## 7. Duplicate Charges or Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged incorrectly due to a billing error, please contact us promptly. Concierge Fair Housing may review verified duplicate charges, payment processing errors, or unauthorized billing issues on a case-by-case basis.
Approved billing corrections, if any, are at the sole discretion of Concierge Fair Housing or the applicable payment processor.
## 8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Before filing a chargeback or payment dispute, please contact us so we can review the issue.
If a chargeback is filed for a valid purchase, Concierge Fair Housing reserves the right to suspend or terminate course access, revoke certificates, disable accounts, and refuse future purchases or enrollments.
## 9. Course Changes or Updates
Concierge Fair Housing may update, revise, improve, remove, replace, or modify course content, materials, assessments, pricing, certificate format, or access methods at any time.
Course updates, content changes, or platform changes do not entitle participants to a refund.
## 10. Exceptions
Concierge Fair Housing may, at its sole discretion, make limited exceptions to this Refund Policy where required by law or where we determine that a billing correction is appropriate.
Any exception granted in one situation does not create a right to a refund in any other situation and does not change this Refund Policy.
