Upon successful completion of the Fair Housing Certification for Concierge Professionals, participants will receive a Certificate of Completion demonstrating their understanding of Fair Housing principles, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.

This certification helps reinforce a commitment to professionalism, consistency, and equal housing opportunity across every resident, guest, vendor, applicant, and visitor interaction.

To ensure knowledge remains current with evolving regulations, compliance standards, and industry expectations, certification must be renewed every two years through recertification training.
